TokyoDex workshops start with a discussion of values, direction and future goals within an organization. Participants engage in creative exercises and then have an opportunity to creatively express ideas on paper. From there, our art directors work closely with artists to create artwork inspired by the workshop process and visual cues provided by participants. Through our workshops, employees have the rare opportunity to discuss company vision and are able to participate in hand-on artwork creation. The resulting artwork becomes a monument to that process, and an important symbol of collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
